About the role

  • Assist in working with Clients and Project Owners to create effective design/ development solutions to meet our clients’ needs.
  • Assist in management of a portfolio of design/ development projects
  • Manage client design/ development projects and co-ordinate with the other delivery team(s), ensuring the projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standard
  • Identify user and system requirements for website and app projects, making appropriately creative recommendations
  • Have UI/UX elements at forefront of design/ development decisions
  • Create design/ development assets with appropriate creativity to reflect the product package
  • Create solutions to layout and styling issues across multiple browsers and devices

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar role
  • Passion for excellent customer service
  • Passion for digital and/or marketing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
