• Under the supervision of the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, the Financial Analyst will assist in the consolidating and analyzing of financial and operational data to provide insight and recommendations to improve financial performance.
• The Financial Analyst creates models, summaries, and reports to provide insight on current operations as well as risks and opportunities to the company.

• Maintain and verify all employee I-9 forms to ensure compliance with federal requirements.
• Manage aide requisitions through the Workable system.
• Ensure all required onboarding paperwork is completed for clinicians and PCCs.
• Oversee all background check and drug testing processes.
• Create offer letters for Patient Care Coordinators and select clinicians.
• Coordinate onboarding sessions for clinicians.
• Complete and submit rehire templates to Payroll for returning employees.

Accounts Payable

• Responsible for coordinating the fulfillment of materials, equipment, and supplies from vendors to all our operating sites.
• Follow through with vendors on delivery and shipment dates for fulfillment orders.
• Follow up with vendors and internal customers to ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and issue resolution.
• Responsible for entering and paying all cleaning invoices for all clinics as well as other miscellaneous invoices as needed.

• Responsible for outreach, creating interest, securing a referral, qualifying leads to help expand the customer base.
• Target physicians using multiple data sources, lists, research and assigned targets.
• Maintain, sustain, and grow accounts as it pertains to physician/case managers/adjustor contacts.
• Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly activity reports to management.
• Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
• Distributing materials and pertinent information to the physician referral sources and the case managers/adjusters in Workers Compensation via mail, email, or fax.
• Assist with communication with case managers and adjusters and provide any documentation requested.
• Pull data/reports as needed for utilization with physicians/case managers/adjusters as well as internal management of WC cases (managing outstanding payments, utilization reports, management of timely patient evaluations, scheduling and follow-ups).
• Data entry within several applications (including Salesforce, Raintree etc)

Customer Support

• Serves as Professional Physical Therapy’s primary contact for all patient billing inquiries and liaison between PPT, patients, providers, and payers for account resolution.
• Accepts all payments and handles inbound and outbound calls to resolve caller concerns within response-timeframes.
• Assists patients in understanding billing statements to resolve outstanding balances.
• Makes necessary charge corrections to accounts to ensure accurate patient ledgers.
• Utilizes tools/resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone or when preparing/reviewing billing correspondence.
• Communicates EOB details and has in-depth understanding of payer regulations/requirements.
• Navigates Raintree and the Raintree ledger; ensures all accounts are documented accurately.
• Follows management-developed scripts to facilitate consistent and expedient account resolution.
• Reviews returned mail, verifies addresses, updates demographics in Raintree, and re-sends statements as needed.
• Responds to patient benefit questions, reviews Raintree TVBEN, uses insurance websites, and follows up with other departments.
• Completes written responses to patients and customers regarding account resolution and complaint recovery.
• Assists Customer Service team with patient balances and statement review; may assist with authorizations and benefit verification.
• Works with insurance carriers for claims follow up and status of outstanding bills.
• Uses reports from Raintree and Yellowfin to ensure accuracy and reviews collection files prior to sending to collections.
• Provides support to staff for all functions of the RCO and identifies/rectifies potential problems within projects.
• Maintains working knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, Risk Management, and compliance regulations; practices confidentiality and attends company meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned by RCO Management.
