About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through onboarding for clinical and corporate positions.
- Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, facilitate offers, and support pre-employment activities.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, workforce planning initiatives, and hiring priorities.
- Maintain ownership of recruiting activity and hiring outcomes within an assigned territory or business function.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with Human Resources to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
- Assist with offer documentation, background screening coordination, and pre-employment processes.
- Proactively source and engage passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, networking, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Support employee referral initiatives, recruitment marketing efforts, career fairs, university partnerships, and student outreach programs.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill clinical and corporate positions.
- Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to operational and corporate leaders.
- Develop and refine phone screen guides, interview questions, and candidate evaluation criteria.
- Coach hiring managers on interview best practices and hiring decisions.
- Lead intake meetings and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, market trends, and recruiting activity.
- Drive consistency and adherence to recruiting processes across assigned regions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and interview feedback within Workable.
- Utilize recruiting technologies and sourcing platforms to maximize hiring effectiveness.
- Track recruiting metrics and generate reports to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Demonstrated success in active sourcing, candidate pipeline development, phone screening, and full-cycle recruiting.
- Ability to develop interview guides and candidate assessment frameworks.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Workable), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing technologies.
