Requirements
- 12+ years of executive-level experience.****
- Proven client-facing problem solver with a track record of delivering outcomes in high-stakes environments.****
- Deep understanding of defense acquisition and credibility with senior leaders (GS-15 to SES on the civilian side and O6 to GOFO on the military side), advancing substantive, practical solutions rather than promotional messaging.****
- Relevant experience may include top-tier innovation or design consultancies, or leading complex digital, agile, or enterprise transformation initiatives.****
- Skilled at navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and negotiating strategically sound, mutually beneficial agreements.****
- Ability to rapidly internalize and operationalize new methodologies.****
- Comfortable operating without leverage — independently researching, analyzing, and delivering meaningful outcomes.****
- Capable of designing and implementing scalable systems in a growing organization.****
- Skilled facilitator of senior-level workshops, driving alignment and guiding complex decision-making.
