Business Development Rep

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to support the growth of the Facility Services business across Europe.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities with strategic customers in target industries.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Facilities, Engineering, Maintenance, and EHS leaders.
• Collaborate closely with operational and technical teams to ensure solutions align with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Drive the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through proposal development, negotiation, and contract award.
• Coordinate proposal activities with engineering, estimating, operations, and commercial teams.
• Support account development strategies and establish long-term customer partnerships.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and customer engagements.
• Work closely with marketing teams to ensure sales materials, presentations, and market messaging remain current and effective.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with other business units to expand customer relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within targeted industries.
• Deliver against pipeline, revenue, and contract award objectives while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term value creation.
