About the role
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers and UX Designers, establishing clear career paths and development opportunities
- Recruit, hire, and onboard top product and design talent aligned with our rapid growth
- Create a high-performance culture focused on customer value, execution excellence, and continuous improvement
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development planning
- Build cross-functional collaboration rhythms between product, design, engineering, and business teams
- Establish and evolve the product development framework from discovery through delivery
- Define and implement design processes including user research, design systems, and design-to-development handoffs
- Create product planning cadences, prioritization frameworks, and roadmap communication processes
- Build measurement and analytics practices to track product success and inform decisions
- Implement best practices for user research, experimentation, and validation
- Establish product quality standards and design excellence benchmarks
- Drive execution of product initiatives across Find, Win, and Deliver modules
- Ensure teams are shipping high-quality features that deliver customer value on schedule
- Remove blockers and provide strategic guidance to product and design teams
- Partner with Engineering leadership to align product roadmap with technical capabilities
- Lead quarterly planning and prioritization sessions with stakeholders
- Monitor product metrics and iterate based on user feedback and business outcomes
- Collaborate with CEO, CTO, and executive team on product strategy and vision
- Translate business objectives into actionable product roadmaps
- Make critical trade-off decisions between competing priorities and initiatives
- Champion customer needs and user experience in strategic discussions
- Drive alignment across product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams
- Communicate product strategy, progress, and wins to internal and external stakeholders
- Build deep understanding of government contracting and procurement workflows
- Establish direct customer feedback loops and research programs
- Analyze competitive landscape and identify differentiation opportunities
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to understand market needs and opportunities
- Participate in customer calls, demos, and strategic account planning.
Requirements
- 8+ years in product management or related roles, with at least 4 years managing product/design teams
- Proven experience scaling product organizations from early stage through rapid growth
- Track record of establishing product processes and frameworks that enable team effectiveness
- Strong background in B2B SaaS, particularly enterprise or government-facing products
- Experience with AI/ML products or data-intensive applications
- Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain high-performing product and design talent
- History of successful product launches with measurable business impact.
