About the role

  • Procurement Sciences (PSci.AI) builds Awarded AI, an AI platform for government contracting.
  • Own the content engine: ideate and produce high-quality product marketing videos and repurpose long-form assets for short-form distribution.
  • Clip and repurpose webinars, interviews, and demos into snackable, multi-platform content for LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.
  • Manage and grow social media accounts; develop content calendars and optimize per-platform creative to drive engagement and growth.
  • Review and enhance marketing assets and event collateral; recommend best-in-class video, editing, and design tools.
  • Collaborate on a ground-up website rebuild to align web content to SEO, messaging, and conversion needs.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics and SEO tools; iterate to maximize reach, virality, and conversion.
  • Build and maintain a live digital repository for content assets, campaigns, and experiments.
  • Lead or support development and distribution of thought leadership, downloadable resources, and customer-facing educational materials.
  • Benchmark competitors' content, campaigns, and social engagement to inform strategy.
  • Partner with internal teams (including Customer Success) to surface, package, and distribute support, onboarding, and product content.
  • Work closely with leadership to create split/talking head video content and rapidly test viral content strategies.
  • Background check required as part of the employment process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in content marketing roles with video/design/social focus at a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Direct ownership of social media channels and creation/reporting of content and SEO performance metrics.
  • Expert in end-to-end video workflow: shooting, editing, storyboarding, repurposing, and trendspotting for social distribution.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, Final Cut (or equivalents) and other video/editing tools.
  • Strong writing and editing skills; able to turn technical and leadership content into highly shareable articles and posts.
  • Data-driven; comfortable using analytics and SEO tools to refine messaging and prioritize content for organic reach and conversion.
  • Fast-learning, collaborative, and able to deliver high impact in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong portfolio with samples spanning video, design, and campaign work (required with application).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field preferred.
