- Work independently to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain chemical dispensing equipment
- Deliver exceptional service to enhance customer retention
- Provide on-call coverage including possible weekends, holidays, and night shifts
Requirements
- Basic understanding in electronics, plumbing, maintenance or mechanical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot with root cause analysis
- Moderate working knowledge of appropriate tools, data, implements and service needs
- Proficient in laptop and cell phone technology including Salesforce, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Valid driver’s license
- Occasional overnight travel is required
