About the role
- install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain chemical dispensing equipment
- deliver exceptional service focused on customer retention and superior customer service
- work independently in field-based role
- lift, lower and carry objects up to 50 lbs
- push and pull objects up to 50 lbs
- climb ladders and stairs for equipment maintenance
- operate computer keyboard and phone for data entry and communication
- ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements
Requirements
- great work ethic
- willingness to learn new skills with provided training
- basic understanding in electronics, plumbing, maintenance or mechanical systems
- ability to troubleshoot with root cause analysis
- moderate working knowledge of appropriate tools, data, implements and service needs
- proficient in laptop and cell phone technology, including Salesforce, Microsoft Word and Excel
- must have a valid driver’s license
- occasional overnight travel may be required
