About the role

  • At P&G, collaborative partnerships with our retail customers are fundamental to the continued growth and success of our mutual business.
  • You are the direct link between our innovative products, strategic marketing, and retailers.
  • From Day 1, you will receive your own projects to contribute to the team and business that you are working within.
  • Through these you gain insight into how we work and what we do in Sales: creating new ideas to implement our product and promotion initiatives at the Point of Sale.

Requirements

  • You are a bachelor or master student with a minimum of 2 semesters of studies completed and strong academic results.
  • You are available for a duration of 3-6 months.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a drive for leadership, and a passion for sales.
  • You are skilled to make complex decisions using all the data available but confident to use your gut feeling and instinct.
  • You are familiar with the DACH market and its retail landscape.
  • You can speak and write proficiently in English and German (B2).
  • Short work experience, internships and studies abroad are considered as a plus.
