• Development and ownership of an annual marketing plan with clear actions, timelines, and budget
• Derive and prioritize concrete marketing initiatives from company objectives
• Define and continuously track KPIs to measure marketing success
• Account-based marketing: close, revenue-focused collaboration with Sales
• Ownership of the PROBIS website: content, structure, performance and ongoing optimization
• Creation and maintenance of all marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, one-pagers, case studies, etc.)
• Planning and execution of digital campaigns (newsletters, social media, content marketing)
• Design and management of integrated campaigns across all relevant channels: digital, print, advertising, events
• Planning and management of trade shows, industry events and PROBIS-hosted events
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
• Market and competitor monitoring to sharpen PROBIS’s positioning
• Build and maintain relevant industry networks and contacts
