About the role

  • Responsible for full-cycle of recruitment: Screening/initial interview, calibration, scheduling of interview, background check, and job offer endorsement to onboarding, keeping warm of candidates
  • Ad Hoc - update trackers, sending of recruitment masterlist, send offboarding requests to hiring managers, respond to inquiries, and creation of reports/data
  • Redeployment Partner with the recruiting team and lead to design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements.
  • Maintain a steady and updated recruitment pipeline and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to effectively identify risks ahead of time and provide resolution as soon as possible.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external affiliates/partners of the company with goals to build credibility and partnership for improving yields.
  • Achieve individual performance specific to attendance, punctuality and schedule adherence
  • Consistent adherence to company policies and code of conduct

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months - 1 year experience in recruitment, and talent acquisition, specifically in a BPO set-up
  • Amenable to work on a fixed-term employment of 6 months (with a possibility to be absorbed based on performance)
  • Amenable to work onsite in the following sites: Global One, Eastwood, QC and Wilcon IT Hub, Makati
