Account Executive

• Responsible for exceeding revenue and profit targets within the assigned sales vertical/territory.
• Create a business strategy for new and existing customer business through the existing core and specialty vendors.
• Develop key customer accounts plans, prepare 90-day sales forecast, conduct joint sales calls with vendor representatives, and achieve individual key performance objectives.
• Align customer long-term growth objectives with Proax Technologies.
• Set territory objectives and develop specific customer account plans with a focus on solution selling opportunities and marketing activities to achieve revenue and gross margin targets.
• Responsible for joint calls activities with core and specialty vendor representatives for product launches and business development activities, including tactical vendor/customer sales blitz.
• Engage customers to participate and attend different marketing activities (seminars, trade shows, events, etc.).
• Manage Qualified Sales Lead process within CRM program for existing and new sales leads, regularly reporting updates.
• Follow-up on sales leads generated from trade shows, marketing campaigns, websites, and other sources.
• Develop and maintain core vendor relationships in addition to OEM, Integrator and End User relationships, to introduce new products and pursue sales opportunities within existing and new geographic and market segments.
• Establish sales strategies and review sales pipeline opportunities with the Sales Manager.
• Monitor and report competitive activities for market/territory development (new product launches, product placement, promotion, positioning, and pricing).
• Provide input to the annual budget and monthly sales meetings based on fact-based territory knowledge of sales highlights, lessons learned, challenges, and growth opportunities.

Technical Sales Representative – Outside Sale

Sales

• Answer incoming customer calls and engage with customers to assess and understand their needs, sell, and provide basic support
• Work directly with and support field sales staff and closely collaborate with customers to build relationships
• Inventory management and basic understanding of shipping/receiving
• Manage customer accounts and enter work orders/pricing into the operational system
• Create promotions and quotes and follow up on quotes for products offered by Proax
• Ongoing product training for offered solutions
• Ship orders and follow up with customers
• Understand and work with the supplier/vendor portal
• Coordinate with the credit department regarding a customer’s credit status when urgent orders are received
• Understand customer segmentation, product mix, key customer relationships, market share, and overall economic environment trends
• Facilitate communications between customers, outside sales representatives, technicians, and manufacturer representatives
• Other related duties as assigned
