Manage multiple email inboxes with professionalism and clarity
Coordinate a dynamic calendar across meetings, travel, and shifting priorities
Support client onboarding, communication, invoicing, and milestone tracking
Prepare therapy sessions by reviewing documentation, organizing materials, and conducting light research
Assist with trial preparation, including juror research, document organization, and material assembly
Track and organize tasks and projects to ensure smooth progress and follow-through
Take occasional calls on the client's behalf for communication and scheduling
Flag key priorities and provide end-of-day status updates
Assist with planning and executing the nonprofit's annual conference (speaker logistics, communications)
Create and schedule social media posts, write captions, design graphics, and maintain a basic content calendar
Engage with followers, tag partners, re-share content, manage comments, and keep bios, links, and analytics up to date
