About the role
- Lead strategic partnerships with business leaders to define reporting needs, success metrics, and data-driven decision frameworks
- Architect, implement, and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards
- Design Tableau dashboards and visualizations for patient services, operations, finance, and executive teams
- Develop and execute complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data within Snowflake
- Translate data into actionable insights by producing clear, stakeholder-ready reports
- Establish data definitions, documentation, and promote self-service analytics across PRO-spectus
- Configure, monitor, and optimize data delivery methods, including APIs and SFTP automated delivery
- Collaborate with Solution Architect and contribute to scalable data infrastructure to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Analytics Engineering
- Proven mastery in Salesforce reporting and dashboard development
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau, including calculated fields, LOD expressions, parameters, and interactive dashboard design
- Strong command of SQL for data transformation and analysis
- Practical experience in Snowflake or comparable cloud-based data warehouse platforms
- Working knowledge of dbt and ELT workflows
- Experience with FiveTran or similar data integration tools
- Experience configuring and supporting automated data delivery pipelines using APIs and/or SFTP
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Self-directed and impact-driven with ability to manage competing priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Certifications preferred: Tableau Desktop Specialist or Certified Associate, Salesforce Certified Administrator, dbt Fundamentals or Advanced Certification, Snowflake SnowPro Core or Advanced Certification
- Experience working with healthcare, patient services, or operational data is a plus
