About the role

  • Own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for SaaS products that elevate customer experience through data-driven insights
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and iteration, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Drive creation of data-driven tools leveraging data science and machine learning for client-facing and internal applications
  • Translate analytical models into scalable solutions that unlock business value
  • Collaborate closely with software engineering, data engineering, data science, analytics, and design across global locations
  • Own backlog grooming and release cycles; transform requirements into precise product specifications for on-time, high-quality delivery
  • Integrate quantitative and qualitative research, A/B testing, usability studies, and customer feedback into product planning
  • Use tools like Pendo to monitor feature usage, track KPIs, and drive data-informed iterations
  • Contribute to technical discussions, validate feasibility, and ensure alignment between product intent and engineering implementation
  • Engage cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders; remove blockers and communicate trade-offs, timelines, and business impact
  • Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to evaluate success and inform roadmap decisions

Requirements

  • 6+ years in Product Management in high-growth tech company or equivalent experience leading software or data products in close collaboration with engineering
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Science, Engineering, Computer Science)
  • Proven success delivering SaaS products end-to-end, ideally in data-intensive or analytics-focused domains
  • Experience working in agile environments; proficiency with Jira and product development lifecycles
  • Familiarity with core software engineering concepts, technical feasibility trade-offs, and modern development workflows
  • Understanding of engineering best practices around quality and CI/CD
  • Experience defining detailed product requirements, writing user stories, and managing backlogs
  • Hands-on expertise with A/B testing, quantitative and qualitative research, usability testing, and customer feedback loops
  • Working knowledge of data infrastructure, data pipelines, and governance principles
  • Fluency in experimentation, usage analytics, and product performance tracking (experience with Pendo, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
  • Strong prioritization and decision-making skills; ability to lead autonomously in ambiguous environments
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented and proactive; comfortable validating features through edge case testing and ensuring product quality
  • Must be based in the UK
