About the role
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Serve as the central point of contact and first point of contact in the internal office for assigned clients
- Guide and support new clients during system implementation
- Take responsibility for continuous account reviews and proactive communication with clients
- Communicate with and coordinate internal teams to resolve customer inquiries
- Ensure successful delivery and onboarding of our solutions for new customers
- Identify and pursue additional opportunities in collaboration with the sales team
- Prepare management reports and analyses for annual review meetings
- Maintain master data and handle complaints and customer requests as part of your daily tasks
Requirements
- You have completed commercial vocational training
- You bring several years of professional experience in customer support
- You are proficient in MS Office and have experience with CRM software
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills (PowerPoint)
- Enjoy working independently and have a structured, sustainable way of working
