About the role

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Serve as the central point of contact and first point of contact in the internal office for assigned clients
  • Guide and support new clients during system implementation
  • Take responsibility for continuous account reviews and proactive communication with clients
  • Communicate with and coordinate internal teams to resolve customer inquiries
  • Ensure successful delivery and onboarding of our solutions for new customers
  • Identify and pursue additional opportunities in collaboration with the sales team
  • Prepare management reports and analyses for annual review meetings
  • Maintain master data and handle complaints and customer requests as part of your daily tasks

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial vocational training
  • You bring several years of professional experience in customer support
  • You are proficient in MS Office and have experience with CRM software
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills (PowerPoint)
  • Enjoy working independently and have a structured, sustainable way of working
