About the role

  • Architect the Core Strategy: You will own the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for the "engine" of PrizePicks.
  • Executive Leadership & Communication: As a senior leader, you will "drive strategy up and out."
  • Build and Mentor a World-Class Team: You aren't just managing products; you are building the people who build them.
  • Navigate Complex Stakeholder Landscapes: You will act as the primary bridge between the Core Product team and critical business functions.
  • Drive Organizational Synergy: You will collaborate with other cross-functional product teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with a significant portion in senior leadership roles.
  • Extensive experience in at least two of the following areas: Payments/Fintech, Identity/Onboarding, Regulatory Compliance, Fraud, or Growth/Acquisition.
  • Proven ability to recruit, retain, and develop top-tier product talent.
  • You excel at navigating competing priorities from Legal, Fraud, and Marketing.
  • You are comfortable with complex data sets and financial modeling.
