About the role
- Build relationships with general contractors, developers, and jobsite leadership
- Execute daily outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person visits when appropriate)
- Schedule and conduct site walks to understand risks and coverage needs
- Coordinate pricing and prepare professional quotes and proposals
- Drive follow-ups and negotiations through contract execution
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and weekly activity reporting
- Ensure a clean handoff to operations for a successful start-up and retention
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales track record with measurable results
- Experience selling into construction, security, staffing, or facilities services preferred
- Strong organization, persistence, and follow-up habits
- Professional communication and comfort speaking with jobsite and corporate stakeholders
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- English required; Spanish is a plus
