• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Physician, Nurse Practitioner, and Physician Assistant positions across multiple states
• Partner with operational and clinical leadership to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Source, engage, and build relationships with both active and passive provider candidates using a variety of recruiting channels
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified providers for current and future hiring needs
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
• Create and maintain compelling job postings and accurate job descriptions
• Manage candidate activity and recruitment workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies beyond traditional job boards, including networking, referrals, social media, and professional associations
• Train hiring managers on recruiting best practices and interview techniques
• Monitor recruiting metrics and provide regular reports to leadership
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
