About the role
- Connect different marketing functions to successfully execute ecommerce campaigns and other ecommerce operational needs.
- Manage relationships with Lazada and Shopee to learn about latest tools and platform updates.
- Serve as key member of PRISM+ overseas expansion team and report to Country Director of Malaysia.
- Execute checklist of actionables during campaigns.
- Plan campaign pricing for approval.
- Coordinate with creative and marketplace platforms after campaign pricing confirmed.
- Handle CRM executive tasks.
- Create and improve SKU listings to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Handle website (www.prismplus.au) banners and freebies updates.
- Submit sales and inventory forecasts to operations team for manpower planning.
- Conduct competitor research.
Requirements
- Proficient in Amazon Seller Centre Portal (>1 years of Experience).
- Proficient in Shopify portal (>1 year of Experience).
- Proficient in Excel.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Marketing, or any relevant course of studies.
- At least 2 years’ experience in digital marketing – preferred to be in a e-commerce company.
- Ability to work during midnights/weekends during to campaign requirements.
- Thrives in dynamic, uncertain, and fast-moving environments, a hustler.
- A strong level of passion to understand thoroughly performance advertisement growth metrics.
