About the role
- Develop and implement sales strategies while building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Manage the day-to-day needs of assigned clients and identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare quotations, negotiate agreements, and close deals
- Partner with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and uncover new opportunities
- Research the market, identify prospective clients, and pursue new business while growing existing accounts
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in logistics, import/export, supply chain, or related services
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build long-term relationships
- Tech savvy, comfortable learning new systems, and proficient with CRM and sales tools
