About the role

  • Independently create posts in various formats: carousels, Reels, and Stories for Instagram and TikTok
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with our target audience and current trends
  • Research competitors, current trends in women’s health, and general social media trends and hypes
  • Understand posting rhythms, optimal posting times, and Instagram and TikTok algorithms
  • Analyze content formats and KPIs and continuously refine and improve the content strategy
  • Community management: respond to comments and DMs and build an engaged, trustworthy community
  • Visually design and maintain an appealing, cohesive feed
  • Work closely with the marketing team and contribute to cross-channel topics and campaigns
  • Use tools such as Canva, Figma, CapCut, or other editing and design tools
  • Use AI tools to create content more efficiently

Requirements

  • Education: Currently enrolled in a degree program, ideally with a focus on marketing, communications, or a related field (at least in your 3rd semester of a bachelor’s degree)
  • Experience & skills: Initial practical experience in social media management, content creation, or comparable activities
  • Preferably some experience with tools such as Canva, Figma, CapCut, or other video and design tools — basic knowledge is sufficient
  • Basic knowledge of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) for content creation
  • Understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms, posting strategies, and organic growth, and some experience analyzing content performance
  • Personality: Comfortable on camera and willing to appear as a face of Prio One
  • Openness to and interest in topics around women’s health, contraception, menstrual cycle, hormones, and public education
  • A good visual eye for attractive feeds and content aesthetics
  • Creativity, a sense for trends, and an understanding of our target group (women aged 18–35)
  • Independent, structured, and reliable work style
  • Languages: Fluent German and good English
