About the role

  • Define and lead Princeton10’s operational strategy to support sustainable, scalable growth.
  • Partner with executive leadership to translate organizational vision into operational plans, tools, processes, and systems.
  • Collaborate with department leadership team members to build systems that work across teams to uplevel the work. Drive continuous improvement that enhances profitability, performance, and employee experience.
  • Establish clear KPIs and dashboards for organizational health (utilization, margins, capacity, workload, delivery excellence).
  • Partner with The Controller to support operational financial levers including forecasting, budgeting, project-level financial health, and margin optimization.
  • Collaborate with Finance to develop and refine forecasting models, including bottom-up resourcing and revenue projections.
  • Help ensure scoping accuracy, healthy resourcing, utilization optimization, and disciplined budget management across all accounts.
  • Lead the evolution of project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks to unlock our next phase of agency maturity.
  • Establish consistency across the entire project lifecycle—scoping, planning, delivery, QA, reporting, and post-mortems.
  • Oversee project health tracking, portfolio-level risk identification, and proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Own agency-wide resourcing strategy, capacity planning, and workforce forecasting.
  • Ensure the right talent is allocated to the right work, balancing skills, growth opportunities, utilization, and client needs.
  • Develop scalable forecasting models that help P10 anticipate demand, staffing needs, and organizational growth opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the Project Management and Operations teams into a best-in-class function.
  • Create a culture of accountability, transparency, continuous improvement, and values-driven leadership.
  • Provide coaching that elevates PM talent in communication, anticipatory planning, problem-solving, and client partnering.
  • Drive change management efforts for new systems, processes, and organizational initiatives—ensuring adoption and alignment.

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years leading operations, delivery, and project management functions within an advertising, marketing, or professional services environment.
  • 7+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing, including launches and multi-channel integrated programs.
  • Proven leadership experience overseeing both project management and operations at a departmental or agency-wide scale. Deep expertise in agency operations—scoping, forecasting, budgeting, resourcing, and performance measurement.
  • Track record of implementing operational and financial frameworks that improved profitability, delivery efficiency, and organizational clarity.
  • Experience building and scaling teams, including hiring, mentorship, performance management, and culture-building.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills across creative and business functions.
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with a willingness to step into hands-on work when the business needs it.
  • Familiarity with PM and resourcing platforms (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Workfront, Float, Hive).
