About the role

  • Maintaining & updating product, supplier, and fabrics data within multiple systems to support accurate compliance and reporting across our entire product catalogue
  • Act as the RFID subject matter expert, including supplier support, order management, optimisation opportunities and troubleshooting.
  • Supporting supplier onboarding, documentation, and day to day supply chain administrative processes.
  • Updating and cross-checking logistics, production, and compliance data across various internal reporting tools.
  • Providing hands on support across production, procurement, logistics, and quality assurance functions as required.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, ideally within apparel, fashion, retail or supply chain operations
  • Strong Administration and data skills, with confidence using Excel/Google Sheets, G-Drive, inventory management & PLM systems.
  • A detail-obsessed, organised, and proactive approach with a love for getting things right.
  • Clear, confident communication skills to collaborate across teams and with suppliers.
  • A positive, team-first mindset with the drive to learn and grow within our fast paced and agile supply chain department.
