About the role
- Advise and support Franchise Owners through a consultative approach
- Serve as a trusted partner to school leadership, ensuring delivery of early education and care
- Build and nurture consultative relationships with Franchise Owners and school leaders
- Provide holistic support across enrollment and marketing, business management, education, and operations
- Analyze school performance metrics and quality indicators
- Coach and mentor Franchise Owners and school leaders
- Conduct quality assurance and Service Excellence Assurance activities
- Collaborate with regional team members, cross-functional partners, vendors, and regulatory agencies
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, business or related field preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in multi-unit management
- Experience with franchising and early childcare
- Firm understanding of State and National Accreditation and State Childcare Licensing rules and regulations preferred
- Proven track record of driving performance and delivering measurable results
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to navigate conflict and difficult conversations and influence without authority
- Ability to tackle projects with a high degree of autonomy
- Problem-solver who uses time effectively and efficiently.
