About the role

  • Advise and support Franchise Owners through a consultative approach
  • Serve as a trusted partner to school leadership, ensuring delivery of early education and care
  • Build and nurture consultative relationships with Franchise Owners and school leaders
  • Provide holistic support across enrollment and marketing, business management, education, and operations
  • Analyze school performance metrics and quality indicators
  • Coach and mentor Franchise Owners and school leaders
  • Conduct quality assurance and Service Excellence Assurance activities
  • Collaborate with regional team members, cross-functional partners, vendors, and regulatory agencies
  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, business or related field preferred
  • 5+ years’ experience in multi-unit management
  • Experience with franchising and early childcare
  • Firm understanding of State and National Accreditation and State Childcare Licensing rules and regulations preferred
  • Proven track record of driving performance and delivering measurable results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to navigate conflict and difficult conversations and influence without authority
  • Ability to tackle projects with a high degree of autonomy
  • Problem-solver who uses time effectively and efficiently.
