About the role
- Managing, leading and driving the performance of a Healthcare Practice Group commercial lending sales team.
- Achieving business growth, portfolio quality, employee recruitment, retention and profitability targets.
- Overseeing sales activities and setting sales strategies.
- Managing client relationships and ensuring compliance with lending policies.
- Recruiting, hiring, team member development and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Developing and implementing motivating incentive plans that support goal attainment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
- Successful work history in commercial lending preferably in the medical field
- Previous management experience
- Advanced knowledge of bank policies, procedures and products
- Effective and professional verbal and written communications
- Exceptional interpersonal skills including ability to develop and maintain business relationships
- Strong research skills
- Extensive knowledge of the financial services industry including regulations and policies.
- Ability to build, maintain and inspire effective teams that produce quality work results.
- Proven leadership skills
