About the role

  • Independently plan, steer and implement complex HR transformation projects (e.g., process harmonization, organizational development, digitalization)
  • Build, develop and manage central HR processes (Performance, Compensation, Talent, Learning)
  • Work closely with international locations and HR teams
  • Help shape modern people strategies, e.g., Leadership & Culture, Talent Management and Employee Engagement

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in strategic HR management, ideally in an international corporate environment
  • Deep understanding of modern HR processes, organizational development and change management
  • Experience managing demanding projects and multi-project environments
  • Business-fluent German and English (C1/C2) – mandatory
