About the role
- Independently plan, steer and implement complex HR transformation projects (e.g., process harmonization, organizational development, digitalization)
- Build, develop and manage central HR processes (Performance, Compensation, Talent, Learning)
- Work closely with international locations and HR teams
- Help shape modern people strategies, e.g., Leadership & Culture, Talent Management and Employee Engagement
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in strategic HR management, ideally in an international corporate environment
- Deep understanding of modern HR processes, organizational development and change management
- Experience managing demanding projects and multi-project environments
- Business-fluent German and English (C1/C2) – mandatory
