About the role
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales roles, from job intake to offer acceptance and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles
- Source and attract qualified candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, sales competencies, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales talent for current and future hiring needs
- Track and manage candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company professionally to external candidates
- Provide market insights and recommendations to hiring managers regarding talent availability, salary trends, and hiring strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably focused on sales roles
- Experience recruiting sales professionals within the technology industry (e.g., SaaS, MSP, IT services, or software companies)
- Strong understanding of sales functions and the key competencies required across different stages of the sales cycle.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools
- Experience recruiting in SaaS, MSP, or other technology-focused organizations
- Ability to assess sales competencies such as prospecting, closing ability, pipeline management, and quota attainment
- Experience working in a remote or global hiring environment
