About the role
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, particularly within the U.S. market.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless sales pipeline.
- Conduct high-volume cold calling, lead generation, and outreach efforts to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Monitor key metrics (calls, emails, appointments set, pipeline activity) and regularly report on performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing U.S. clients to foster long-term business growth.
- Ensure CRM systems are updated and accurate, with a strong focus on activity tracking and data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain high-quality communication standards and represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Recent experience working with U.S.-based clients and knowledge of U.S. business culture and communication.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills.
- Tech-savvy; proficient in using CRM tools (e.g., AutoTask, HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
- Ability to provide suggestions for CRM optimization and recommend effective tools or processes to improve business development effectiveness.
- Available to work full-time on Eastern Standard Time (EST) schedule.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
