About the role
- Create visually engaging designs that effectively communicate the brand story across social media, websites, and marketing materials.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive and dynamic visual identity that aligns with the company's global brand vision.
- Collaborate with various team members to create designs that resonate with the target audience and help attract top talent.
- Work on a range of creative assets, including digital and print collateral, social media graphics, presentations, and internal communication materials.
- Keep up with design trends and best practices, ensuring visuals stay fresh, relevant, and impactful.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Play a key part in establishing the company as a desirable and innovative brand and attracting top talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or related fields.
- Experience working with EU, US, or UK Clients is a must.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and experience with motion graphics (After Effects).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Creative mindset with the ability to translate abstract ideas into compelling visuals.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
