• Define, refine and prioritize product backlog items based on business value.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the development team to clarify business rules, workflows and features.
• Understand the needs of business areas and propose solutions to problems, translating them into clear, feasible requirements aligned with organizational objectives.
• Represent stakeholders throughout the development process, ensuring their needs are reflected in deliverables.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Planning, Refinement, Review, Retrospective, etc.).
• Validate deliveries against defined acceptance criteria.
• Prepare presentations and reports.
