About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the technical reference for the team, supporting architecture decisions, solution design and development best practices.
Lead the .NET and React development team technically, fostering a collaborative, continuous-learning, high-performance environment.
Define, evolve and document scalable, secure and resilient architectures based on microservices, APIs and modern web applications.
Conduct and participate in code reviews, ensuring quality and adherence to standards such as Clean Architecture, SOLID and good versioning practices.
Work hands-on on back-end development in .NET (C#) and front-end in React, contributing directly to the most critical deliveries.
Collaborate with Product Owner, UX/UI and QA to plan and prioritize the backlog, ensuring value-driven deliveries in agile cycles (Scrum/Kanban).
Promote DevOps practices, CI/CD, test automation and production application monitoring.
Support the team in resolving complex technical issues and in making strategic technology and architecture decisions.
Act as a mentor, promoting the technical and professional development of the team’s developers.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, metrics and the company’s engineering culture.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience with C# and .NET 6+ (preferably 8).
Advanced knowledge of ASP.NET Core, RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Hands-on experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.).
Proficiency with Docker and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or similar).
Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP).
Knowledge of automated testing (unit, integration and end-to-end).
Familiarity with code quality and security tools (SonarQube, Snyk, etc.).
Experience with React and the modern front-end ecosystem (TypeScript, Redux, Hooks, Styled Components, etc.).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
