About the role
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake meeting through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities
- Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Review resumes and conduct structured phone screens to evaluate skills and alignment
- Build and maintain pipelines for high-demand technical roles
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Support hiring managers with compensation recommendations and market feedback
- Draft and present offer letters; assist with offer negotiations
- Maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System
Requirements
- 3–5 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting in engineering, construction, industrial, or technical environments preferred
- Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools
- Ability to manage multiple open requisitions at once
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with hiring managers
- Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Experience recruiting for field-based or project-driven roles (Preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Preferred)
