• You’ll own the architecture, bring agents to production, manage data pipelines, and improve our system with feedback
• Develop and deploy multi-agent systems using Python, LangChain, FastAPI, and minimal front-end to automate core venture workflows

Founding Engineer

Artificial Intelligence

• Embed within Primary workflows to ensure PrimaryOS is operationally tight and delivering consistent output quality
• Manage requests, use our agents, deliver results to our users
• Validate and QA agent outputs, flagging issues and opportunities for improvement
• Partner with teams to fine-tune workflows, debug minor issues, and suggest optimizations
• Serve as the connective tissue between partners, users, and the PrimaryOS technical team — capturing feedback and translating it into actionable changes
• Track performance metrics and recommend process improvements to increase throughput and accuracy
• Help design and test new workflows as PrimaryOS expands across investment, research, and incubation

AI Operations Analyst

Product Designer

• Own the design process end-to-end—from customer research and problem definition through high-fidelity designs, prototyping, and iterative refinement based on user feedback
• Spend significant time with end-users (30%+ of your week)— conducting user research with contractors and office managers, observing their workflows, and deeply understanding the problems we're solving
• Design across our product surface area— creating intuitive experiences for our contractor-facing mobile app, internal tools for office managers, and AI-enabled workflow automation systems
• Shape product strategy and vision— partnering with the CEO and CTO to define what we build, why it matters, and how we prioritize, bringing a user-centered perspective to all product decisions
• Think through AI-enabled workflows— designing how AI agents and human expertise work together seamlessly, making automation feel reliable and trustworthy for non-technical users

• Support Primary’s idea generation and vetting process
• Connect with academics and researchers and top institutions and learn about their work in order to explore opportunities for commercialization
• Conduct intensive market analysis, competitive landscaping and customer research
• Develop business models, product roadmaps, and go-to-market strategies for the most promising startup ideas
• Create pitch decks and other investor materials
• Join the company in its launch phase as a founding team member responsible for gaining initial traction, building out the rest of the team, and supporting business operations or go back to the drawing board with the Incubation program all over again

• Deal Sourcing: Conduct market research and actively seek out promising investment opportunities and conduct initial screens
• Due Diligence: Perform thorough due diligence including financial analysis, market assessment, competitive landscape evaluation, and team assessment; independently run diligence processes
• Financial Analysis: Own analyses including financial, market sizing, unit economics, and cap table modeling
• Portfolio Support: Provide ongoing support to existing portfolio companies by coordinating with the portfolio impact team
