About the role

  • Create high-converting copy for our website, emails, sales pages, advertorials, ads, and social media channels in Italian.
  • Translate content from German or English into Italian, ensuring cultural relevance and emotional impact through transcreation rather than literal translation.
  • Conduct research and analysis on the Italian target audience to develop persuasive messages that resonate with Italian women.
  • Proactively identify trends and contribute ideas for content pieces relevant to the Italian market.
  • Support interactions with Italian customers on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook groups, TikTok), responding to messages and comments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in direct-response copywriting.
  • Native-level Italian (C2) and English at C1 level; German is optional but advantageous.
  • Expertise in copywriting with a focus on storytelling/storyselling.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing and brand marketing.
  • Experience with transcreation (not just translation).
  • Required tools: Google Workspace (especially Google Docs).
  • Nice to have: Asana, Slack, Langdock (and familiarity with AI tools in general).
