• Lead end-to-end infrastructure programs including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
• Proactively manage cross-team dependencies, risks, blockers, and maintaining visibility into program health.
• Align Infrastructure, Security, Product, Operations, and Engineering teams while facilitating planning sessions and operational reviews.

• Gestire il portafoglio sinistri (prevalentemente Motor con valore superiore a euro 250.000).
• Valutazione e Riservazione: analisi tempestiva del sinistro per la corretta appostazione delle riserve tecniche.
• Gestione istruttoria: valutazione della dinamica del sinistro tramite l'analisi della documentazione utile e la gestione della rete fiduciari.
• Quantificazione dei danni di rilevante valore, materiali e alla persona (eventi mortali compresi), in tutte le possibili declinazioni (patrimoniali, non patrimoniali, surroghe, rivalse etc…).
• Negoziazione Strategica: gestione delle trattative con danneggiati e patrocinatori.
• Gestione del Contenzioso: Coordinamento con i fiduciari legali per la definizione della linea difensiva in ambito civile e penale.
• Relazioni e Reporting: interfaccia costante con la Direzione Claims e, con altre strutture aziendali (Riassicurazione, Underwriting, Reclami, etc..); creazione di report da sottoporre alle Imprese mandanti per i casi eccedenti le autonomie liquidative.
