About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end infrastructure programs including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
  • Proactively manage cross-team dependencies, risks, blockers, and maintaining visibility into program health.
  • Align Infrastructure, Security, Product, Operations, and Engineering teams while facilitating planning sessions and operational reviews.
  • Use delivery metrics and tooling data to identify bottlenecks and improve engineering workflows.
  • Own engagement with third-party infrastructure vendors including contract renewals and budget coordination.
  • Facilitate planning sessions and technical workshops to improve alignment and execution across engineering teams.
  • Bring clarity to complex infrastructure initiatives by defining ownership, success criteria, priorities, and execution plans.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven Experience in Technical Program Management, Infrastructure Program Management, or Technical Project Management roles.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure and platform engineering environments.
  • Solid understanding of agile delivery methodologies.
  • Deep hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as YouTrack, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
