About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end infrastructure programs including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
Proactively manage cross-team dependencies, risks, blockers, and maintaining visibility into program health.
Align Infrastructure, Security, Product, Operations, and Engineering teams while facilitating planning sessions and operational reviews.
Use delivery metrics and tooling data to identify bottlenecks and improve engineering workflows.
Own engagement with third-party infrastructure vendors including contract renewals and budget coordination.
Facilitate planning sessions and technical workshops to improve alignment and execution across engineering teams.
Bring clarity to complex infrastructure initiatives by defining ownership, success criteria, priorities, and execution plans.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven Experience in Technical Program Management, Infrastructure Program Management, or Technical Project Management roles.
Strong understanding of infrastructure and platform engineering environments.
Solid understanding of agile delivery methodologies.
Deep hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as YouTrack, Jira, and Confluence.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
