• In liaison with the multidisciplinary teams, you support healthcare professionals in their duties for the individual follow-up of employees.
• You are responsible for the centre’s image and ensure its smooth operation for member companies and their employees.
• Welcome employees and assist them in completing their pre-visit using the PADOA tool.
• Manage the centre’s telephone switchboard.
• Assist healthcare professionals in managing the individual follow-up of employees from member companies.
• Monitor schedules and sessions (absences, lateness, etc.).
• Handle the administrative aspects of medical visits in coordination with healthcare professionals (letters, scanning, sending documents, drafting correspondence, etc.)
