About the role

  • Achieve assigned sales (depletion) and distribution objectives across PWI portfolio
  • Lead execution against volume and distribution growth goals
  • Partner with distributor management to set and achieve sales goals
  • Facilitate effective communication with distributor management
  • Grow and foster professional relationships with key accounts in the region
  • Coach , develop and lead a Market Manager

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years beverage/alcohol sales experience
  • Wine Education Credentials (CSW/WSET) a plus
  • Proven ability to drive results both individually and through others
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • Analytical, strategic thinker with high emotional intelligence
  • Comfortable influencing internal and external stakeholders
