About the role
- Manage day-to-day relationships with Italian Expert Agencies.
- Support agencies in identifying opportunities and progressing deals.
- Assist in deploying partner training, certifications, and sales enablement content.
- Maintain accurate partner pipeline and activity data in CRM.
- Coordinate merchant referrals to the right agencies and follow up on delivery.
- Support the sourcing and qualification of new Italian agencies.
- Assist in onboarding, certification, and activation of new agencies.
- Contribute to growing the number of active and certified Expert Agencies in Italy.
Requirements
- First experience (or strong interest) in **sales, partnerships, or account management**
- Excellent **communication and relationship-building skills**
- Interest in **indirect sales models and partner ecosystems**
- Organized, data-oriented, and eager to learn
- Fluent **Italian & English** (French is a plus)
