About the role

Serve as the overall relationship manager for the client and be responsible for retention of existing client revenue
Lead the client value strategy, navigating the C-suite and other business leaders to ensure the client is maximizing the relationship
Identify sales opportunities and engage with the sales team to partner on securing client growth
Responsible for meeting regularly with the C-Suite to align with the strategy and goals of the client organization
Demonstrate deep knowledge of client and develop recommendations based on clients’ business needs and usage patterns
Work cross functionally across Press Ganey to fulfill on client value proposition and address client needs/concerns
Provide market insights and strategic advice

2-5 years of account management / sales / consulting experience
Excellent interpersonal, communications, listening, and presentations skills
Solid working knowledge of strategic planning, execution of strategy, business development and sales
Demonstrated solid leadership qualities
Strong time management and organizational skills
Flexible to work weekends and holidays with the possibility to flex hours depending on business needs
Healthcare industry experience is preferred
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of prior relevant experience
