About the role

  • Develop high-level technical solutions and present to customers.
  • Collect business and technical requirements.
  • Complete end-to-end, full lifecycle network designs.
  • Drive whiteboard conversations.
  • Craft customer facing presentations.
  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Generate hardware configurations (BoM) and/or work with internal teams to complete these tasks.
  • Write statements of work (SoW) and develop Professional Service pricing.
  • Ability to self-pace and self-set direction in a team environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience.
  • 3+ years of experience demonstrating expertise in enterprise class network and security solutions.
  • One or more certifications: CCDP/CCNP/CCIE and other non-Cisco certifications are highly preferred.
  • Experience in a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) environment is preferred.
  • Expert-level knowledge and experience with design, implementation, and support of one or more of the following: Complex routing and switching solutions (Cisco and HPE), Next gen firewalls/VPNs (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.), SSE and SASE technologies, Network Access Control (preferred Cisco Identity Services Engine, Aruba ClearPass, and FortiNAC), IDS/IPS solutions, Data Center switching/segmentation solutions, SDWAN solutions, Cisco/Meraki, Mist, or Aruba Wireless.
