About the role
- Deliver ServiceNow projects on time and on budget
- Lead multiple projects of varying size, scope, and duration
- Manage communication, scope, and mitigate risks across projects
- Create detailed project plans and status reports
- Establish strong client relations and manage expectations
- Partner across functional teams to deliver optimal solutions
- Lead client-facing meetings during key project phases
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience with IT / Technical Implementation projects
- Customer facing experience
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience managing project financials and scheduling internal resources
- Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to create and manage project schedules
- Familiarity with project scheduling tools
- ServiceNow exposure or experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/military experience
- 3-5 years project management experience in technical cloud, security, networking, and data center infrastructure
