About the role

  • Conduct virtual interviews with clinical candidates to assess qualifications, teletherapy readiness, and alignment with Presence’s mission
  • Lead compensation discussions and generate offers for qualified candidates
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting process
  • Maintain and manage an active pipeline of clinical candidates to support current and upcoming hiring needs
  • Track recruiting activity and candidate progress within Salesforce and other recruiting systems
  • Consistently achieve recruiting goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to candidate outreach, interviews, and hires
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure candidate pipelines align with staffing demand and hiring priorities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or sales experience
  • Experience conducting virtual interviews and managing candidate pipelines
  • Experience using Salesforce, ATS, or CRM systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort navigating compensation discussions and candidate objections
  • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously
