Account Executive

• Achieve your weekly prospecting activity goals to build a strong pipeline in alignment with your annual quota
• Demonstrated understanding and willingness to engage across the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualifying, consultative selling, value selling, presenting/demonstrating, developing proposals, overcoming objections, closing deals, and year 1 renewals
• Drive new business acquisition by identifying, targeting, and securing new district partners through outbound prospecting, referrals, and inbound inquiries
• Quickly become knowledgeable on the Presence’s services and demonstrate it in alignment with a prospect’s pain points.
• Adhere to the company’s operational framework, ensuring all sales tools are leveraged effectively and data entry/reporting requirements are met
• Develop customized solutions based on a deep understanding of district challenges related to special education and mental health service delivery
• Maintain accurate records and forecasting in Salesforce, including tracking activity, pipeline stages, key decision-makers, and deal progress
• Accurately forecast your monthly, quarterly, and annual performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including clinical services, operations, and marketing, to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Ensure effective customer onboarding and long-term success by collaborating with the Clinical and Customer Success team
• Prepare and deliver strategic presentations and proposals to district leadership, special education directors, and other key stakeholders
• Experience with onsite visits, conference attendance, and ability to travel as business dictates, estimated but not limited to 50%

Financial Planning and Analysis

• The VP of Finance will help drive performance and outcomes.
• You will manage and direct the leaders who own the following functions:
• Partner Cross-Functionally to Drive Performance: Work closely with all teams to set goals, track performance, align spend to strategic priorities, manage a tight FP&A cycle, and ensure board and investor reporting tells the right story.
• Support Organic and Inorganic Growth Initiatives: Work with commercial, revenue, and product teams to identify and evaluate organic growth areas and investment required. Work with third-parties to identify inorganic growth opportunities, lead financial diligence, and evaluate potential acquisitions.
• Tie Operations to Strategy: Understand key operational drivers that shape decisions around growth, resourcing, pricing, and strategy.
• Data & Analytics: Help lead standardization and optimization of company-wide data analytics and insights capabilities. Work with the Data team to build out dashboards and recommend key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
• Leverage Technology & AI to Modernize Finance: Implement tools and systems that automate manual workflows, enable faster decision-making, and elevate finance’s strategic contributions across the company.
• Build a High-Impact Finance Org: Design and scale a finance organization that is data-driven, AI-enabled, and focused on outcomes. Work with other finance org leaders to drive operational excellence across FP&A, accounting, and billing. Set the cultural tone for excellence, ownership, and innovation.

Graphics Designer

• Design a broad spectrum of marketing materials (digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, website assets, presentations, brochures, event collateral, etc.) ensuring brand consistency
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, People, and Operations teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions
• Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion, adhering to tight deadlines and ensuring final deliverables meet quality standards

Events

• Own Presence’s event marketing strategy by selecting, planning, and executing conferences that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth
• Create engaging event experiences that attract and connect with target audiences through booth activations, sponsorships, and tailored campaigns
• Partner across teams (Revenue, Provider Recruiting, Marketing, Clinical, PR/Communications) to align event strategy with business priorities and enable effective lead follow-up
• Manage external relationships with associations, industry leaders, and vendors to secure high-value opportunities and favorable contracts
• Oversee event logistics and operations, including budgets, vendor management, shipping, and materials, ensuring flawless execution

Field and Events Marketing Manager

Billing Specialist

• Contact customers and providers via phone and email to resolve collection and billing issues
• Utilize customer platforms, as necessary, to ensure proper invoicing, documentation, and remittance
• Coordinate with sales and customer success to resolve billing and timekeeping issues
• Invoice customers according to contractual frequency and terms
• Conduct account research and analysis on errors and issues
• Highlight to management customer accounts at risk of collectability
• Prepare and maintain a clean aging and other reports relating to Accounts Receivable
• Ensure providers are submitting timecards weekly

• Act as a conduit for escalations for providers

• Make outbound calls to targeted school contacts and conference attendees to qualify leads.
• Make outbound pre-conference calls to a targeted list of attendees.
• Conduct thoughtful research on target accounts to turn cold calls into warm calls.
• Using your creativity and excellent communication skills, initiate quality conversations with target accounts.
• Schedule qualified business meetings for your account executive.
• Collaborate with your account executive to develop a targeted account plan.
• Build and nurture relationships with district contacts using thoughtful messaging and resources.
• Represent Presence at Special Education-related meetings and conferences
• Virtually deliver engaging presentations that allow schools and districts to understand better how live, online therapy sessions are conducted.

Sales Development Representative

Growth Marketing

• The General Manager, Commercial Growth Products will play a pivotal role in driving topline growth for Presence by managing high-potential existing businesses as well as incubating new products to meet the needs of our school, clinician and agency customers.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and work cross-functionally to incubate new product ideas for bringing to market.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of key revenue-driving partnerships for Presence.
• Own and drive growth for Presence’s award-winning SaaS platform and expanded service offerings.
• Lead the evolution of core value propositions and execution of GTM strategies in partnership with Sales and Marketing.
• Analyze and evolve the pricing and packaging of these services based on customer feedback, competitive intelligence and operational considerations.
• Act as a resource and champion of these business lines by leading and joining Sales trainings, customer pitches, and developing improved sales processes.

Revenue Operations

• Primary responsibilities:
• Build and own reporting & dashboards: Design, maintain, and improve scalable dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Tableau, and supporting tools (Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau) to monitor KPIs across the Sales and Customer Success funnels, including team performance, pipeline health, conversion rates, and retention trends.
• Analyze data to drive strategic insights: Dig into CRM and performance data to uncover trends, highlight opportunities, and identify root causes of issues. Partner with Sales and CS leaders to provide recommendations that influence strategic decisions and revenue growth.
• Maintain CRM data quality & integrity: Regularly audit and clean CRM records (Salesforce and HubSpot), identify gaps, and recommend automations or validation rules to reduce errors and manual data entry—ensuring reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Support forecasting & growth planning: Assist in revenue forecasting by analyzing historical data, sales pipeline, and leading indicators. Provide data-backed insights that shape sales targets, territory planning, and headcount modeling.
• Support cross-functional teams with data and insights: Partner with teams across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to understand their data and reporting needs. Provide timely dashboards, analysis, and recommendations to support strategic decisions, performance reviews, and process enhancements like lead list generation.
• Support target account identification and segmentation: Assist in building and refining target account lists by leveraging tools such as intent data platforms, job board research, enrichment sources, and CRM insights. Partner with Sales and Marketing to align on ICP criteria and ensure outreach is focused on the highest-potential prospects.
• Develop actionable dashboards & visualizations: Create intuitive visual reports and dashboards tailored for leadership, frontline managers, and reps—making it easy for teams to interpret insights and take action quickly.
• Optimize tools & processes: Contribute to the management and continuous improvement of our RevOps tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, HubSpot, etc.). Evaluate and help implement integrations or automations that improve usability and productivity.
• Track enablement & initiative outcomes: Define and monitor key performance indicators tied to operational initiatives (e.g., process changes, tech rollouts, campaign performance). Use these insights to recommend course corrections and improvements over time.
