About the role
- Supporting the creation and execution of the growth business plan.
- Collaborating with Paid Marketing, Data or Product teams in developing and executing growth strategies.
- Leading cross-functional performance analyses to surface trends and deliver actionable insights.
- Maintaining a comprehensive marketing report to monitor performance metrics.
- Tracking performance of each marketing channel and making recommendations to the team.
- Participating in regular business reviews with the Leadership team, contributing to data preparation and presentations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, marketing analytics, business analytics, product analytics, consulting, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Creative problem solver mindset combining rigor with ownership and operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and technical fluency with tools like Looker, Snowflake, Google Sheets.
- Effective stakeholder manager - able to align teams around shared goals.
