About the role

  • Own PLG, Discounting, and Lifecycle analytics and reporting against business targets.
  • Deliver deep-dive analyses to evaluate product experiments, lifecycle initiatives, and incentive strategies.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to support experimentation design, measurement, and readouts.
  • Drive the operational execution of PLG and Discounting experiments end-to-end (setup, monitoring, analysis).
  • Collaborate with Data teams to define metrics, improve data models, and ensure tracking accuracy.
  • Work cross-functionally with CRM, SEO, Localization, and other Growth teams on Expansion and lifecycle initiatives.
  • Translate insights into clear recommendations that inform prioritization, roadmap discussions, and strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience in analytics, growth, strategy, or operations roles within B2C tech, marketplaces, or digital products
  • Strong analytical foundation, with hands-on experience using SQL and BI / product analytics tools (Looker, Amplitude, or similar)
  • Proven ability to turn complex data into clear insights and recommendations for decision-making
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams in fast-paced environments
  • High ownership mindset: comfortable driving projects independently from problem definition to impact measurement
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
