About the role
- Lead, mentor, and develop Scrum Masters and Delivery Managers.
- Establish clear role expectations, career paths, and performance standards.
- Build a high-performing delivery organization capable of supporting multiple product teams.
- Drive hiring, onboarding, and professional development within the delivery function.
- Define, evolve, and enforce the organization’s Agile methodology and delivery standards.
- Ensure consistent execution of Agile ceremonies and best practices across teams.
- Improve metrics and reporting frameworks (e.g., velocity, predictability, throughput, cycle time).
- Champion continuous improvement and foster a culture of empirical decision-making.
- Facilitate cross-team planning, release readiness, and dependency management.
- Own the strategy, governance, administration, and optimization of product and delivery tools, including Jira, Confluence, and documentation systems.
- Ensure standardized workflows and data integrity across all product teams.
- Provide a unified, real-time view of roadmap progress, risks, dependencies, and status.
- Collaborate closely with the CTO, Product leaders, and Engineering leaders to ensure roadmap feasibility and execution quality.
Requirements
- 7–12+ years of Agile delivery experience (Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Delivery Manager, RTE, or similar)
- 3–5+ years of experience leading delivery teams or managing Scrum Masters
- Deep, hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean)
- Strong expertise in Jira administration
- Proven success improving delivery processes across multiple teams
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and cross-functional leadership skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret delivery data to generate actionable insights
- Ability to travel up to 30%
