We’re looking for a Digital Transformation Manager to lead technology-driven initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and elevate the customer experience. In this role, you’ll drive process automation, digital adoption, and organizational change, ensuring alignment between technology and business goals. You’ll partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Business Systems, Operations, and vendor teams to deliver measurable business value.
**Essential Responsibilities**
**Digital Strategy & Execution**
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring timely, on-budget completion.
- Identify opportunities for digital optimization across departments and facilitate technology adoption.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new digital tools and platforms to enhance business processes and customer engagement.
**Leadership & Change Management**
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive automation and innovation using emerging technologies, including AI.
- Champion a digital-first culture that fosters collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Engage senior leadership and key stakeholders to align transformation initiatives with business objectives.
- Lead change management efforts, including communication plans, training, and support for technology adoption.
**Data, Analytics & Compliance**
- Collaborate with analytics teams to establish KPIs and reporting frameworks that track performance and business impact.
- Provide regular digital transformation performance reports to senior leadership.
- Ensure digital operations comply with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with IT and AI/Analytics teams to integrate AI solutions for predictive analytics and intelligent process automation.
- Monitor and optimize automated workflows for accuracy and reliability.
**Business Continuity & Process Improvement**
- Lead business continuity planning for digital systems and workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring operational resilience and scalability.
Requirements
**Qualifications / Requirements**
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no current or future visa sponsorship available).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in digital transformation or project management are a plus.
- 5+ years of proven experience managing digital transformation projects with strong knowledge of technology trends and business applications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to assess current processes and identify improvement areas.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solid understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies, as well as the software testing life cycle (STLC).
- Certification in change management or digital transformation (e.g., Prosci, PMI, Agile) preferred.
- Experience driving change management, operational improvements, and data-driven decision-making in fast-paced environments.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the transportation industry preferred.
